before you go.

Reservation, rates, and the details
that help you plan ahead.

01How much is the reservation?

The reservation is ₱500, payable until October 11, 2026. It is transferable but non-refundable. Coordinate payment with the event organizer. Submitting this form does not confirm a payment.

02How do I qualify for early bird?

Pay the ₱500 reservation by October 11 and settle the balance by October 18. Regular fees apply October 19–25, or if you did not pay the reservation by October 11. All deadlines use Philippine time.

03Are meals included?

The supplied FAQ says “Meals NOT included,” while the main event poster lists full-board meals. Please confirm the applicable meal arrangement with the organizer before paying.

04What is the Student rate?

Student is a separate category: ₱750 early bird and ₱950 regular. A student who paid ₱500 by October 11 pays a ₱250 balance when settling by October 18.

05What if a student settles on October 20?

With a ₱500 reservation paid by October 11, the remaining balance is ₱450 (₱950 regular fee less ₱500 paid), with a shirt according to the FAQ.

06What if a student did not reserve by October 11?

The regular ₱950 fee applies, even when paying on October 17. The FAQ states “No reservation, no shirt.” The same regular fee applies through October 25.

07How will I know my registration was received?

A registration reference appears immediately after your details are saved. Keep that reference and show it to the organizer when arranging payment. Payment and shirt eligibility are confirmed by an administrator.
